Shipping and Return Policy

Regular priced shoes that are purchased in store may be returned for a full refund 10 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be issued in the manner the purchase was transacted. If shoes were purchased by check, a refund cannot be issued until three business days post sale. At that point, a check will be issued to the customer. The shoes must not be out door worn. They must be in original box and accompanied with a receipt.

Items purchased on the internet that are regular priced items may be returned at the customer’s expense. Shoes unworn must be in original box accompanied by a receipt.

Items bought on sale can be returned for a store credit or refund. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective shoes within 30 days of purchase will be accepted for examination to determine the cause of the defect. As different manufacturers have different requirements, we will handle the returns on a case by case basis.

We cannot however accept returns or exchanges from friends, relatives, spouses, siblings, affiliates, affiliates that have passed away due to illness, ailments, accidents, old age, or otherwise….

We have been in the business for years and have heard just about every excuse in the book, so to speak. We take our returns on a case by case basis. If we were not fair and treated customers right we would not have been around this long.
