We are a family run business that carries 4 generations of shoe retailing experience. In the early 1900’s, we started out as shoe makers. During the depression, the legend was created by bartering shoe repairs for food or even doing work on trust and credit. Yes, old school American values. Shortly there after, as the American shoe industry grew, we started selling shoes to the public. In the booming years of the 1950’s to the 1980’s, it seemed as though we must have sold shoes to every child in Clifton for generations. As technologies have changed with the onset of the internet and social media, we still consider ourselves “old school”.

At a time where stores are all self service and virtual, we are still a “ sit and fit store” building sales one customer at a time.
